1. Kantex is a Technology Tool, Not a Financial Advisor
Kantex.ai provides software tools for quantitative analysis and code generation. We are not a broker, investment advisor, or financial planner. Nothing generated by our platform—including code, strategies, or data analysis—constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
2. AI Risk & The "Hallucination" Warning
You acknowledge that the software uses Generative AI, which is experimental and probabilistic. The AI may produce "hallucinations"—output that appears correct but is factually or logically flawed. Code generated by Kantex may contain bugs, deprecated functions, or logic errors that could lead to financial loss.
3. Your Duty to Audit (Human-in-the-Loop)
You agree that you are the sole operator of your trading strategies. You are responsible for reviewing, auditing, and backtesting every line of code generated by the platform before deploying it with live capital. You assume full responsibility for the actions of any autonomous agent or "swarm" you deploy.
4. No Liability for Financial Losses
Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of principal. Kantex.ai is provided "as is" with no guarantees of profitability or performance. We accept no liability for trading losses, missed execution opportunities, or losses resulting from platform downtime, API failures, or AI errors.
5. Hypothetical Performance
Results from the "Strategy Forge" or backtesting engine are hypothetical. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Financial markets are unpredictable, and strategies optimized on past data often fail in live trading.
6. Early Access Program
You acknowledge that Kantex is currently in early access. Features, functionality, and availability may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without notice. The platform may contain bugs, incomplete features, or experience downtime. By participating in the early access program, you accept these conditions and understand that the service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.
7. Communication Consent
By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from Kantex, including but not limited to product updates, feedback requests, surveys, and questions about your experience.
